We would like to distribute a locker to families who met their fundraising requirements within the AGPA last season and are still active in the AGPA this season. If you are receiving this email, your daughter(s) have the opportunity to rent a locker for one year. There is a $10 fee for these lockers. If you would like to share a locker, you can split the cost. All money collected will go directly back into redoing the girls dressing rooms.
Locks will be provided for girls in the upper level locker room for a fee (left side). This fee is determined by the actual cost of the lock. The lower level locker room will not use locks. Once locks have been purchased, you will be notified. Unfortunately, you can not purchase a lock on your own. They need to be uniformed and, for safety reasons, the gym will need to have the combination for every lock.
If we do not hear from you by October 18th, it will be assumed you are not interested in renting a locker.

Prep Opt Work Membership Requirements
Dear level 10 gymnasts and parents (AGPA Members),
On behalf of the Brestyan’s Parents Association I am sending you this email.
As you know per your agreement for the AGPA, all families are required to work the required slots and set up or breakdown for meets that we host.
However, this year Nationals falls on the same weekend as the Prep Opt State meet- May 16-18, 2008 and you will not need to fil the requirement of working slots, set up or breakdown at the meet.
Therefore, in order to meet your requirements for AGPA membership any families whose daughter qualifies for Nationals will need to help with the preparations PRIOR to the Prep Opt Meet.
Below is a list of jobs that need to be done as well as a list of current ongoing jobs that are filled by some already:
1- coordinator – pipe and drape and tables/chairs- (organize and order what is needed, also it needs to be approved by the Bellingham Fire Dept) NEED ONE
2- flowers- taking preorder and organizing & ordering NEED ONE
3- signage- March in NEED ONE vendors NEED ONE
ALL SET Raisman (decorations), Matthies (webpage), Miniciello (Registrations and site layout plans), Marrama (volunteers),
If you could please get back to Julene or Gina ASAP and let them know where you’d be willing to help it would be much appreciated
Thanks,Wendy Enzmann
